Mom’s Thanksgiving Cranberry Jello Salad

I’ve used this easy cranberry jello salad recipe to round out the menu for many dinners, especially around Thanksgiving! It was one of my mom’s staples that she made for as long as I can remember. I believe you will love it just as much as we did!

What do you need to make this Cranberry Jello Salad recipe?
Not much actually! A can of cranberry sauce, 2 boxes of raspberry jello gelatin (or this sugar-free option), apples, celery, and walnuts.

The walnuts, celery, and apples give it a great crunchy texture and the raspberry jello creates a perfect taste AND color for the holiday table!
When serving as a salad I add a dollop of mayo on top. When serving as a dessert (and sometimes I do) I add a dollop of whip cream! To make the most out of this healthy salad I use sugar-free jello.
